Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Services & Subscriptions

Our services — including featured tool listings, premium subscriptions, and advertisement campaigns — are digital in nature and are activated upon purchase or after review. As a general rule, no refunds are issued once a service has been delivered or a listing has gone live.

Where a refund is determined to be eligible under the terms of this policy, it will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

2. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your AI List subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. The following terms apply:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
• No refunds are issued upon subscription cancellation for any unused portion of the billing period, unless AI List has failed to provide the subscribed service.
• If AI List is unable to deliver the service you subscribed to (e.g., due to a platform-side failure), you are entitled to a proportional refund for the undelivered period.

3. Tool Submissions

Payments made for tool submissions or moderation priority are non-refundable, regardless of whether the tool is approved, rejected, or requires modifications to meet our quality standards. Our moderation team provides a review service, which is fully consumed upon execution irrespective of the outcome.

4. Advertising Campaigns

For advertisement campaigns, the following terms apply:

• Cancellations requested before the campaign start date may be eligible for a partial credit (not a cash refund), subject to a processing fee.
• Once a campaign has started, no refunds will be issued for the remaining duration or unused impressions.
• In the event of technical issues on our platform that prevent your advertisement from being displayed as agreed, we will provide a pro-rata campaign extension or credit for the affected period.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

When a refund is approved, the following terms govern the process:

• Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction.
• Transaction fees and applicable GST are non-reversible and will be deducted from any approved refund amount.
• Refunds are credited exclusively to the original payment instrument (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) — no alternative payout methods are supported.
• If a refund is not initiated by the next business day (T+1) after approval, please contact our support team immediately. Delays exceeding 5 working days from the approval date will be compensated with penal interest as applicable under prevailing payment regulations.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate payments made due to technical errors during the payment process.
• Billing errors where the amount charged differs significantly from the stated or agreed price.

Refund requests under exceptional circumstances must be raised within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this window may not be considered.
